Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms describe use of OvercomingLoneliness.org, its free resources and its digital collection. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Operator and contact

OvercomingLoneliness.org is operated by Patria Laureada Lda, an EU-based business with its business address at Av. Julio Carvalho e Cost, 33, 2750-Cascais, Portugal. For questions, support, complaints or withdrawal requests, email direct@aicustomerproducts.com.

2. Website and free resources

The website presents the Full Collection for purchase through Stripe and offers free videos and an optional free Q&A Guide. The guide request is separate from a paid order and does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

3. The Full Collection

The Full Collection described on the homepage includes 50 audio pathways across 10 themes, a 218-page companion PDF e-book and the Complete Q&A E-Booklet with 100 questions and answers. Susanne is a fictional narrator voiced with AI. Her stories are authored for the collection, not a verified autobiography. The free guide is a separate 20-question resource and is not the complete paid collection.

4. Price, payment and delivery

The displayed price is €39 as a one-time payment for the Full Collection, with no recurring subscription. Payment is made through the linked Stripe checkout. Review the final total and any applicable tax information before paying. Delivery is digital and is made automatically after successful payment: an email provides your personal collection link, giving access to the 50 audio pathways and both PDFs. The collection can be downloaded for offline use. No physical goods are shipped. Provide an accurate email address, check your spam folder and contact support if the access email does not arrive. No unlimited hosted-access period is promised here. Payment and delivery obligations remain subject to applicable law.

5. Using the content

The collection is intended for individual listening, reading and reflection. Content remains subject to applicable copyright law. Unless expressly licensed or permitted by law, do not redistribute, resell or publicly publish the recordings or e-book. Any additional licence for teams, commercial use or public playback must be agreed separately. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by mandatory law.

6. Wellbeing information

This collection provides general wellbeing and reflection content. It is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace individual professional support. Experiences and results vary; no particular emotional, social or health outcome is guaranteed. Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances and seek qualified support where needed.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

This is a digital product delivered automatically after successful payment. Our withdrawal and refund policy follows applicable European Union law for digital content and preserves mandatory consumer rights. Automatic delivery alone does not remove your withdrawal right. Where EU/EEA withdrawal rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw, unless a lawful exception applies. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, loss of that right requires the applicable conditions to be met, including prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment of losing the right and the required contract confirmation. Reading these terms or visiting the website does not itself provide that consent.

To exercise an available withdrawal right, send an unambiguous statement to the contact email, identifying your order and purchase date. A withdrawal form is not required to make that statement. Any refund due must be handled within the period and by the method required by applicable law. No blanket “no refunds” rule or additional voluntary money-back guarantee is stated here. Rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content remain unaffected. You can use this optional statement by email: “I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Overcoming Loneliness Full Collection. Ordered on: [date]. Order reference: [reference]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date].” A clear statement in your own words is also sufficient.

8. Technical access and support

The PDFs require a compatible PDF reader. Audio playback requires a compatible device and player. Online access and downloads need an internet connection; downloaded resources can be used offline with compatible software. Contact support before buying if you need to confirm compatibility or access arrangements. If access fails, contact support with the order reference and a description of the issue; do not email full card details. Applicable remedies for failure to supply or non-conforming content remain available.

9. Privacy and third-party services

Information about website visits, email contact and checkout is described in our Privacy Policy. Stripe checkout is a separate service subject to its applicable notices and terms. This page does not authorise optional tracking or marketing.

10. Consumer protection and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the operator first so that a complaint can be considered. Any applicable rights to approach a competent consumer body, alternative dispute resolution service or court remain available. These terms do not select an exclusive court or remove protections provided by the mandatory law applicable to your purchase.

11. Changes to these terms

The date above identifies this version. Updated terms may be published as the website develops. A later update does not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. The terms and product information applicable to a paid order must be made available before that order is placed.
